Honda Arrogant Principles - Fireblade SP

The ideas of Fireblade SP development may be looked forward globally. Honda such did not concern by other superbike manufacturers busy with electronic support system development. Perhaps, Honda is too confident with their fundamental technology principles.

Undoubtedly, 1000RR Fireblade is among the most ruthless machinery in term of performance aspects. Though simply receiving a minimal support electronic system, overall excellence performance and handling capabilities make it still remains as most favorite machine.

Reviewing the standard Fireblade 1000RR, one of the major strengths is regarding the nature as a flexible and user friendly machine. It has a perfect throttle response at all revving range and it grows consistently at the 6,000 rpm to the extent of the red line 13,000 rpm. The highest speed recorded was 280 km/h.

As you know, Fireblade SP get higher spec from normal version, and created with tendency to produce high performance in racing circuit. Four-cylinder power plant was re-tuned and supported by high-performance components from OHLINS, Brembo and Pirelli. As a result of a slight modification, it managed to increase overall horsepower produced - 178 hp.

Slightly different in riding position which the distance between the handlebars widen and slightly designed farther than standard Fireblede. Foot peg position changed 10mm farther back.

In addition, chassis enhancements received support from technology experts from the Swedish suspension system - OHLINS . OHLINS 55mm front fork and adjustable single shock absorbers at the rear attached to give the best stability, precise, and excellent performance along the rides. As a result of several improvements, Fireblade SP is able to reach maximum speed of 290 km/h.

Arguably, without electronic system, the exotic machinery has the best performance in terms of power and handling performance. But, why Honda set a big price even with the lack electronic features compared to its competitors.
